Critical role of interfacial polarization suppression in enhancing breakdown strength and energy storage performance of NBT-based dielectric ceramics
In this study on (1 − x )Na 0.5 Bi 0.5 TiO 3 - x Ca 0.7 Nd 0.2 TiO 3 ceramics, we find that the interfacial polarization suppression strategy can effectively enhance breakdown strength and energy storage performance despite notably reduced insulation.
