Enhanced thermal management in CO2 methanation using spiral-structured catalysts: a comparative study with honeycomb, monolith, and packed-bed systems

Catalytic performance of four structured catalysts was evaluated under a 2 L min −1 flow rate. The spiral-structured catalyst exhibited the highest CO₂ conversion and stable CH₄ selectivity, owing to superior flow distribution and thermal control.
