Research on the Development Path of Social Work Intervention in the Adaptation of E-Commerce Platforms for the Elderly

在人口老龄化与数字化融合程度不断加深的背景下，国家推出了一系列法律法规来推动电子商务平台适老化改造，但技术壁垒、界面设计不足、技术适配欠缺与服务断层等问题，进一步约束了老年人使用电子商务平台。本研究基于生态系统理论，为弥合数字鸿沟寻求解决方案，通过需求评估引领改造、统筹政企社协同、构建能力建设体系、推动政策标准完善等路径破解困境，并探索社会工作介入的系统性路径，推动老年人走向数字包容发展，促进智慧养老模式建设，让老年人在数字时代也能共享到科技发展的果实。Against the backdrop of the deepening integration of population aging and digitalization, the state has introduced a series of laws and regulations to promote the aging-friendly transformation of e-commerce platforms. However, problems such as technical barriers, insufficient interface design, inadequate technical adaptation, and service fragmentation have further restricted elderly people’s use of e-commerce platforms. Based on the ecosystem theory, this study seeks solutions to bridge the digital divide. It addresses the predicament through paths such as demand assessment-led transformation, overall coordination of government, enterprises, and society, construction of a capacity-building system, and promotion of the improvement of policy standards. It also explores the systematic path of social work intervention to promote the elderly towards digital inclusive development, advance the construction of smart elderly care models, and enable the elderly to share the fruits of scientific and technological development in the digital era.
