Hubungan antara Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Employee Engagement di PT X

This This research aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT X, which consists of 75 employees. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The research instrument uses a scale of perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and employee engagement. The results of the major hypothesis obtained were 0.027 with a significance level of p of 0.061 (p 0.01). This indicates that there is no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement. The results of the first minor hypothesis test, the analysis of the correlation coefficient between the two variables of perceived organizational support with employee engagement showed an rx1y coefficient of 0.092 with ap value of 0.216 (p 0.05), this indicates that the value of the variables has no relationship between the two. The results of the second minor hypothesis test show that the correlation coefficient analysis of self-efficacy with employee engagement is 0.261 with a p value of 0.012 (p 0.05), self-efficacy has a significant relationship with employee engagement, so the hypothesis stating that there is a relationship between perceptions of organizational support and self-efficacyon employee engagement is rejected.
