Why Public Schools Need Outcome-Based Education
Public school graduates in the Philippines often lack the practical skills employers demand, resulting in unemployment or underemployment. Outcome-Based Education (OBE) shifts focus from rote learning to real-world competencies, fostering adaptable, confident learners. Successful OBE implementation requires resources, teacher training, and industry collaboration to prepare students for modern workforce challenges.
