The Dilemma and Optimization Path of Higher Education Administration —Based on Flexner’s Modern University View

大学是思想的圣地。然而近年来，高等教育行政化成为了我国高等教育的顽疾，影响到了高等教育的健康和谐发展。本文基于对弗莱克斯纳现代大学观的思考，合理分析了我国高等教育行政化的表现、弊端，深刻分析了我国高等教育行政化的原因，并从弗莱克斯纳的现代大学观中得到启示，探析了我国高等教育“去行政化”的路径。Universities are meccas of ideas. However, in recent years, the administrativeization of higher education has become a stubborn disease of higher education in China, which has affected the healthy and harmonious development of higher education. Based on the reflection of Flexner’s view of modern universities, this paper reasonably analyzes the performance and disadvantages of the administrativeization of higher education in China, profoundly analyzes the reasons for the administrativeization of higher education in China, and draws inspiration from Flexner’s view of modern universities, and explores the path of “de-administrative” higher education in China.
