Study on the Semantic Connotations and Mechanism of the Emerging Address Term “Xiaohaige (小孩哥)”

新兴称谓语“小孩哥”由语义冲突的“小孩”和“哥”组成，广泛用于称呼“在某方面具有过人才能的孩子”的小孩。本文以网络语料为例，分析新兴称谓语“小孩哥”的使用情况并探究其生成机制，最后从语言特性、社会称谓语现状和交际语境与使用者三方面探究动因。The emerging address term “Xiaohaige (小孩哥)” is composed of the semantically conflicting words “xiaohai (小孩)” and “ge (哥)”, and is widely used to refer to children who have extraordinary talents in certain aspects. This paper takes online corpora as examples to analyze the usage of the emerging address term “Xiaohaige (小孩哥)” and explore its generation mechanism. Finally, it investigates the motivations from three aspects: language characteristics, the current situation of social address terms, and the communication context and users.
