Laser Direct Writing Fabrication of Two-Dimensional Stretchable Graphene Supercapacitors with Island-Bridge Structures
Supercapacitors have demonstrated broad application prospects in flexible electronic scenarios such as wearable devices, electronic skin, and flexible electronic displays. In recent years, graphene-based supercapacitors have become the focus of research in this field due to their excellent stretchable qualities and excellent electrochemical properties. Laser direct writing technology has unique advantages in the preparation of stretchable graphene-based supercapacitors, which not only features a simple process, but is also highly compatible with the integration requirements of flexible electronics. In this study, it is proposed that the one-step forming of patterned graphene-based electrodes is achieved by laser direct-writing technology, the tight surface attachment of electrodes to the substrate is achieved by exploiting the intrinsic bonding properties of flexible substrate materials, and the device is designed as an island-bridge-type interconnect structure.
