Design and Implementation of an Environment Monitoring System for Agricultural Farms Based on the Internet of Things
With intelligent breeding becoming the development trend of modern agriculture, precise monitoring and regulation of the breeding environment are crucial for enhancing animal health and production efficiency. In this project, an environment monitoring system for farms based on the STM32 micro controller has been developed. This system is capable of collecting key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and light intensity in the breeding environment. Through an OLED display screen and an ESP8266 WiFi module, the system achieves remote data transmission and communicates with the OneNet cloud platform using the MQTT protocol. Users can monitor in real-time and control intelligently environmental factors such as the temperature and humidity in the breeding environment, as well as the light intensity outside the shed, on the host computer or the mobile APP. This system not only improves breeding efficiency and reduces labor costs but also enhances animal welfare and product quality, demonstrating its significant practical value and market potential.
