MIKLÓS MÉSZÖLY THE WINDOW WASHER TITLED BURLESQUE-TRAGEDY’S APPLICATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S SOCIAL COMPETENCE
In my article Mikls Mszly The window washer.I am studying the possibilities of using burlesque-tragedy in the development of an individual's social competence. The aim of my research is to prove that fiction works have an individual and socio-political function, since we can educate individuals, citizens and people who see, think and act.I chose the sociological, structuralist, cultural-historical behaviorist methods as my research method. My choice of topic is not accidental.Although the aforementioned work was created during the communist dictatorship in 1957, the human, moral, and social problems expressed in it are still relevant today. The issue of individual, human and social freedom is one of the most important topics. It is no coincidence that throughout the history of mankind, the intention to interpret and implement this has constantly arisen.Despite the large number of studies on this problem, its validation still causes difficulties. It may seem paradoxical how difficult it is to assert our freedoms in the modern world, which prides itself on its scientific, technical and social achievements.Even the technical devices that surround us and that we like to use constantly limit them.To use a smart phone, not only a fingerprint, but also a retina scan is needed, and then we didn't talk about mandatory free acceptance of data protection conditions, the virtual space, bank card payments, self-service cash registers, etc. about the presence of a "helper".This short list only touched on the freedom-restricting, controlling, and data-gathering tools of everyday life, and the problem of social freedoms has not yet been mentioned. That is why I felt it was important to perceive the importance of individual and social freedom through the work of an author who showed what the limitation and lack of freedom means through the behavior of an autocratic system.
