The semantic content of the key definitions of the study, particularly the concepts of «innovation», «strategy», and «professional training» is clarified, and the author’s interpretation of the concept of «innovative strategies for the professional training of future specialists» is presented as a holistic, systematically organized, scientifically verified set of adaptively managed actions aimed at the substantive, structural, organizational, and technological transformation of the educational process in response to the current challenges of socio-cultural development and the imperatives of modern educational policy. Based on an analysis of scientific sources, the current state of educational practice, and the reform of higher education, key innovative strategies have been identified that drive the modernization of professional training for future specialists. These strategies include: student-centered learning, a competence-based approach, digital transformation, interdisciplinary integration, project-based and research-based learning, axiological orientation, internationalization of the educational environment, and individualization of educational trajectories. It is argued that the implementation of these strategies ensures the improvement of the quality of specialist training, their professional mobility, adaptability to the changing conditions of the globalized educational and professional space, and the formation of a new paradigm of higher education focused on innovative development and integration into the global educational space.
