Machine Learning for 90-Day Mortality Prediction in ICU Patients with Epilepsy: A Retrospective Analysis Using MIMIC-IV

Purpose: Through applying ML algorithms to analyse data for the prediction of for assessing 90-day mortality risk in critically ill patients diagnosed with epilepsy onset via various causes admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU), this study aims to validate ML as a reliable tool for risk assessment.
