Research on integrated device for biology-related information processing
Multi-channel solid-state nanopores can be used to detect biological macromolecules such as DNA, RNA and proteins, enabling sequencing, structural characterization and other studies by analyzing the signal characteristics of the over-well currents of these markers. Aiming at the increasing requirements of large-scale sequencing, a portable and high-throughput integrated sequencing device is designed, which can realize signal extraction, processing, recognition, display, storage and transmission. Among them, the solid-state nanopore sensor can extract current signals from four channels, and the current extraction and integral amplification module of the back-end circuit will amplify the current at nA level to the voltage at mV level, while controlling the noise at μV/(Hz)1/2 level.
