Pair of indole-anthraquinone and imidazole structural matrices to design FGF-4 inhibitors in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
To investigate the mechanism of action of FGF-4 inhibitor in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by network pharmacology. METHODS: FGF-4 inhibitor regulates 100 targets in the human body, there are 1104 significant mutated genes in gastric cancer, and there are 11 intersecting genes in Tiger Balm and Gastric Cancer: AKT1, RAP1A, CACNA1C, IGF1R, KRAS, DNAJA1, OPRK1, etc. These 11 genes are all expressed in the normal tissues and the tissues of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. significant differences. Drug-disease pathway analysis showed that AKT1, RAP1A, CACNA1C, IGF1R and OPRK1 dominated the apoptosis regulation pathway, and among them, AKT1 was recognized as an important target of FGF-4 inhibitors in the treatment of NAFLD. Molecular docking verified the mechanism of action of AKT1 in FGF-4 inhibitor therapy. CONCLUSION: FGF-4 inhibitors can play a role in the treatment of gastric cancer by regulating AKT1, RAP1A, and CACNA1C in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease cells.
