Research Progress on the Relationship between Sarcopenia and Comorbidities in the Elderly

肌少症是常见的一种老年综合征，与老年人多种不良临床结局密切相关。共病是老年人常见的临床问题，同样会导致上述不良临床事件的发生。肌少症和共病在老年人中往往同时存在，且两者相互影响。该文对肌少症和共病的关系进行综述，旨在为临床医生提供参考，以更好地应对老龄化带来的挑战。Sarcopenia is a common geriatric syndrome closely associated with various adverse clinical outcomes in the elderly. Comorbidity is a common clinical problem among the elderly, which can also lead to the occurrence of the aforementioned adverse clinical events. Sarcopenia and comorbidities often coexist in the elderly and interact with each other. This article reviews the relationship between sarcopenia and comorbidities, aiming to provide a reference for clinical doctors to better cope with the challenges brought by aging.
