Research Progress on Prognostic Factors Influencing Prognosis in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

近年来，终末期肾脏病(ESRD)在全球范围内呈快速增长趋势，成为重要公共卫生问题。腹膜透析(PD)作为ESRD患者广泛接受的肾脏替代疗法，其患者的预后问题备受关注。本文对影响ESRD患者腹膜透析预后的相关因素，包括一般人口统计学特征、合并症、腹膜透析置管技术、腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎、腹膜转运功能、炎症标志物等进行综述，旨在为改善PD患者预后提供参考。In recent years, end-stage renal disease (ESRD) has shown a rapid growth trend globally and has become an important public health problem. Peritoneal dialysis (PD), as a widely accepted renal replacement therapy for ESRD patients, the problem of prognosis of its patients has attracted much attention. This paper reviews the related factors affecting the prognosis of PD patients with ESRD, including general demographic characteristics, comorbidities, PD catheterization techniques, PD-related peritonitis, peritoneal transport function, inflammatory markers, etc., aiming to provide reference for improving the prognosis of PD patients.
