A Study on the Path of Teacher Professional Growth: A Practical Exploration of “Focusing on the Roots and Blossoming on the Branches”

教师作为教育事业的核心力量，其专业成长对教育质量提升至关重要。以“根上着力，枝上开花”为视角，本文分析了教师专业成长面临教育生态系统失衡、内生动力不足、政策保障缺失及深层机制探究不足等困境，探讨教师在优化教育生态系统，促进价值共生，激发教师内生动力，增强自主性，完善政策与资源保障，深化教育系统机制改革方面的专业成长路径，教师才能真正实现“根深叶茂”的成长样态。As the core of education, teachers’ professional growth is vital for boosting education quality. From the “focusing on the roots and blossoming on the branches” perspective, this paper analyzes the challenges in teachers’ professional development, including an imbalanced education ecosystem, insufficient internal motivation, lack of policy support, and inadequate exploration of deep-seated mechanisms. It also explores ways for teachers to grow professionally by enhancing the education ecosystem, promoting value co-creation, stimulating internal motivation, increasing autonomy, improving policies and resource guarantees, and deepening education system reform, aiming to achieve the ideal state of comprehensive and robust development.
