Research Progress on the Clinical Application and Mechanism of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in Gynecological Diseases

少腹逐瘀汤出自《医林改错》，在历代医家的治疗经验总结得出，该方可以治疗原发性痛经、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌症、盆腔炎性疾病后遗症、不孕症、月经不调等多种疾病。现代药理研究表明，该方在抗炎镇痛、调节内分泌、改善微循环等方面具有显著优势。本文阐述相关文献综述少腹逐瘀汤在妇科临床疾病及药理研究的现状，以期为后续妇科疾病辨证施治方面提供临床思路。The Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction is recorded in “Medical Reform”, Based on the summary of treatment experiences of previous generations of physicians, this formula can treat primary dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, adenomyosis, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, and menstrual disorders. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that this formula has significant advantages in anti-inflammation and analgesia, regulating endocrine, and improving microcirculation. This article reviews and elaborates on the current status of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in clinical gynecological diseases and pharmacological research, with the aim of providing clinical ideas for the subsequent treatment of gynecological diseases based on syndrome differentiation.
