Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Physical Education Teachers under the Teacher Sharing Center Mechanism

教师共享中心基于共享理念，是改革探索体教融合新路径的重要举措。随着新时代的到来，学校体育受重视程度逐渐提升，而体育教师在学校体育中发挥着关键性作用，是教师共享中心的重要组成部分。本文通过对教师共享中心以及体育教师研究进程进行分析，探讨在教师共享中心机制下体育教师优质化发展的意义及在此机制下体育教师如何获得优质化发展。研究发现，可以通过把控教师招聘关，优化教师荐用关，做实教师评价关及调控教师退出关以寻求双向优化机制，实现体育教师优质化发展。综上所述，以教师共享中心为基石促进体育教师长远发展具有很大的潜力和可行性，为未来体育教师队伍的创新发展搭建桥梁。Based on the concept of sharing, the teacher sharing center is an important measure to reform and explore a new path of integration of sports and education. With the advent of the new era, school physical education has gradually received more and more attention, and physical education teachers play a key role in school physical education and are an important part of the teacher sharing center. This paper analyzes the research process of teacher sharing center and physical education teachers, and discusses the significance of the high-quality development of physical education teachers under the mechanism of teacher sharing center and how to achieve high-quality development of physical education teachers under this mechanism. The results show that a two-way optimization mechanism can be sought to achieve the high-quality development of physical education teachers by controlling the recruitment of teachers, optimizing the recommendation of teachers, implementing teacher evaluation and regulating the exit of teachers. In summary, it is of great potential and feasibility to promote the long-term development of physical education teachers based on the teacher sharing center, and build a bridge for the innovation and development of physical education teachers in the future.
