A thorough study of different models was used to develop an interview guide, which was evaluated by three PhD experts from the relevant field. A semi-structured interview guide with open-ended questions was used to conduct interviews with 25 individuals aged 15-40. Interviews were conducted via a saturated sampling technique. Thematic analysis technique was used for data analysis. A team of 3 experts was used for triangulation to identify common themes. Results identified six different types of themes, which included emotional stability, emotional intelligence, autonomy, overall adjustment, security/insecurity, and self-concept.
