Research on Fault Reconfiguration Technology for Distribution Networks Considering Both Cost and Load Importance
With the increasing penetration of distributed generation (DG) in distribution networks, DGs with independent power supply capabilities can provide robust support for power restoration during faults in distribution networks. After establishing a DG output model encompassing various power sources, this paper develops a time-varying dynamic load priority restoration set based on the analysis of the cost of load loss. It further integrates two processes: islanding partition and main grid reconstruction, to establish a time-varying dynamic fault reconstruction strategy for distribution networks. The formulated solution model is then transformed into a mixed-integer secondorder cone programming (MISOCP) problem using second-order cone programming. This approach is validated on the IEEE 33bus system. The results indicate that, compared to traditional methods, this paper's approach offers significant advantages in cost control while ensuring continuous power supply to critical loads.
