Research on Optimal Configuration of Island Energy System Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology
The configuration of wind-photovoltaic-dieselstorage island energy system with seawater desalination load can mitigate the fluctuation of renewable energy, enhance the utilization rate of renewable energy, and improve system stability. To ensure the economic viability, reliability, and sustainability of the system, the optimal configuration of island energy system is studied in this paper. Considering the controllability of seawater desalination load, an operational strategy for island energy system is firstly proposed, which coordinates seawater desalination load, battery storage, and diesel generators. Furthermore, a multiobjective optimization function considering economic performance and power reliability is established, along with constraints that account for the operational characteristics of renewable energy, energy storage systems, diesel generators, controllable loads and the utilization rate of wind and photovoltaic energy. To solve the problem, an optimization configuration method based on multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced, and the optimal solution is determined using the entropy weight method. Finally, the island energy system in a certain distinct is taken as an example to study, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed optimization configuration method.
