This paper proposes a four-vector-optimized MPCC with dead zone consideration (DFVO-MPCC) for DTP-PMSMs to solve the conflict between low computational cost and doublesubspace current control. The algorithm reconstructs the voltage vector in the double <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\alpha \beta x y$</tex> coordinate system, maps the harmonic subspace voltage to the torque subspace, and uses sector preestimation to simplify vector selection. It also includes a realtime correction for voltage deviation caused by the dead zone. Experiments show DFVO-MPCC tracks fundamental current well, reduces harmonic current amplitude by 76% compared to VVV-MPCC, and responds effectively to harmonic instructions.
