Economic Scheduling of PEDF Hydrogen Ports Considering the Demand Response of Multiple Types of Ship Loads
This paper proposes an economic scheduling strategy for photovoltaic storage direct current flexible interactive (PEDF) hydrogen ports that considers the demand response of multiple types of ship loads. Firstly, the structure of the PEDF hydrogen port is introduced. Additionally, a demand side response model is constructed by analyzing the flexible charging or hydrogenation characteristics of ships. On this basis, an economic scheduling strategy of the PEDF hydrogen port is proposed, where the operational constraints of the battery, hydrogen storage, hydrogen production equipment and so on are formulated. This scheduling model, as a classic mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem, is efficiently solved by commercial solver. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can reduce the operating cost of the PEDF hydrogen port by 4.76%.
