Very High‐Cycle Bending Fatigue Properties of Selective Laser Melted TC4 Alloys
TC4 Alloys The very high cycle fatigue performance of selective laser melted TC4 titanium alloys directly determines their service reliability under 107–108 cycles, yet existing studies lack critical data. In article number 2402615, Piao Li, Haibiao Yin, and Weixing Yao conduct bending fatigue tests beyond 107 cycles on vertically/horizontally built specimens, with fracture characterization conducted through OM/SEM/CT analysis. The results quantify performance differences between SLM and conventional TC4 alloys.
