Servitización y Estructura Organizativa: Impacto en el Rendimiento Empresarial
Industrial companies have been compelled to reinvent themselves due to a significant increase in competitiveness. This transformation often involves shifting from a product-centric to a service-centric or a hybrid offering, a process known as Servitization. However, transitioning to a service-oriented strategy in a predominantly industrial company is not straightforward. It requires a proper alignment between the environment, strategy, and organizational factors. The aim of this essay is to analyze how industrial companies can undertake the servitization process by defining the most suitable organizational structure to achieve optimal results.
