A classical and quantum description of Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet scalar field cosmology versus scalar field cosmology — A Noether symmetry approach

This paper examines Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet scalar field cosmology from the point of view of Noether symmetry and it is found that Noether symmetry does not exist for this cosmological model. Subsequently, physical symmetry of the reduced cosmological model has been analyzed. Finally, quantum cosmology and causal interpretation have been studied for the reduced cosmological model.

Abstract

This paper examines Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet scalar field cosmology from the point of view of Noether symmetry and it is found that Noether symmetry does not exist for this cosmological model. Subsequently, physical symmetry of the reduced cosmological model has been analyzed. Finally, quantum cosmology and causal interpretation have been studied for the reduced cosmological model.
