Underwater Laser based Seawater Scattering Mobile Measurement with Autonomous Underwater Vehicle
The study of seawater scattering characteristics is an important direction in marine optics, water quality assessment and ecological monitoring. Traditional measurement methods are limited by equipment applicability, measurement range and accuracy, which make it difficult to meet the demand for accurate monitoring. This paper presents a seawater scattering measurement system based on an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) equipped with high-precision optical scattering detection equipment. The system integrates Mie scattering model simulations and data calibration methods to achieve high-precision measurements of seawater scattering characteristics. The experimental validation shows that the system has good environmental adaptability and real-time performance, and can operate stably in different water depths and complex sea conditions, which provides technical support for future research in the field of seawater optical measurement and marine ecological monitoring.
