Research on a fishbone warehouse path optimization algorithm based on access collaboration
With the continuous optimization of e-commerce logistics return and exchange policies, the volume of returned goods has significantly increased, making the improvement of inbound efficiency an important issue in warehouse management. Based on a fishbone-shaped warehouse layout, a path optimization model considering storage and retrieval coordination is proposed to address the problem of goods storage and retrieval efficiency. By introducing the pheromone-guided mechanism of ant colony optimization, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm (PsoPlus) is developed, which effectively enhances global search capability and convergence speed. Simulation results show that PsoPlus reduces the total travel distance by 18.7% compared to traditional algorithms in path planning, validating the scientific and practical effectiveness of the model and algorithm, and providing new ideas and methods for e-commerce warehouse path optimization.
