Mobile phone positioning technology based on multisource information fusion in urban environments

With the rapid development of electronic communication technology, mobile phone-based positioning services have emerged. Improving the positioning accuracy of mobile phones is crucial for ensuring accurate positioning services in complex environments. This study proposes a mobile phone positioning system based on multi-source integrated navigation in urban environments, aiming to further enhance the positioning accuracy of mobile phones in complex settings. Through comparative research, the algorithm is optimized using Kalman filtering to improve the positioning accuracy of mobile phones. We collected data through field experiments and processed it, conducting simulation analysis using MATLAB. The results demonstrate that the multi-source integrated navigation system outperforms single navigation systems, particularly in complex urban environments with GNSS denial, where the horizontal positioning accuracy improved by 85.35% and the vertical positioning accuracy improved by 92.46%. This research lays a technical foundation for smartphone applications and promotes the future development of mobile phone positioning systems.
