A pulsed single-mode type-0 squeezed light source in thin-film lithium niobate nanophotonics

We propose an integrated source of spectrally pure degenerate squeezed light on a nonlinear thin-film lithium niobate waveguide of 20 mm length attaining Schmidt number, K, of approximately 1.125 in the low gain limit while operating at 2090 nm with a bandwidth of roughly 70 nm.
