Penguatan Keunggulan Bersaing UMKM Lahan Basah Wisata Religi Sekumpul Martapura melalui Entrepreneurial Leadership, dan dimoderasi Innovative Work Behavior

This study explores the important role of the moderating effect of innovative work behaviour between the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on competitive advantage in MSMEs religious tourism wetlands sekumpul martapura among the owners or managers of umkm businesses around religious tourism sekumpul martapura. The sampling method using purposive sampling method, this study collected data from 100 owners or managers of umkm around Sekumpul tourism, most of the respondents were santri. SEM-PLS is used for path analysis with the help of warpls 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that innovative work behaviour moderates the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on the competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial leadership has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Innovative work behaviour has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage.
