Analisis Kemampuan Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) Guru Biologi Berdasarkan Pengalaman Mengajar
Pedagogical content knowledge is a combination of pedagogical knowledge and content knowledge. Pedagogical content knowledge is the teacher's ability to emphasize more on how the teacher makes learning plans, mastery of methods and approaches, curriculum, student learning motivation and learning evaluation tools and the way the teacher conveys material content to students. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between biology teachers' pedagogical content knowledge abilities and different teaching experiences. This research method is descriptive-quantitative with sampling using proportional random sampling techniques. The research population was all high school biology teachers in Banten. The samples taken were 40 biology teachers with different teaching experiences. The results of the correlation data analysis obtained a value of 0.003. This means that there is a significant correlation between teachers who have longer teaching experience and the teacher's pedagogical content knowledge abilities.
