Out of a population of 1000 respondents, a sample size of 286 was estimated using Taro Yamane formula. Data collection instrument used included, questionnaire, Semi structured interviews with ecosystem leaders and Reports from NITDA, World Bank, and NBS. The study used descriptive Statistics, Inferential Statistics and Thematic Analysis as method of data analysis. Results point to government rules, incubator support, and online platforms as the ecosystem's most powerful shaper. The study recommended streamlining startup-related policies across MDAs and establishing government backed startup grants and seed funds.
