PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ALNO AGRO UTAMA AIR IKAN ESTATE

This research aims to find out whether Knowledge Sharing and the Work Environment have a significant effect on PT. Alno Agro Utama Air Ikan Estate. The population in this study amounted to 500 employees of PT. Alno Agro Utama Air Ikan Estate. The sampling technique in this study used the theory according to Arikunto (2016:77) because the population in this study was more than 100 people, so the number of samples in this study was 75 employees consisting of permanent employees and non-permanent employees. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with hypothesis testing, with the research results it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely variables (Knowledge Sharing and Work Environment) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). This means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. With this it can be concluded that Knowledge Sharing and Work Environment together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT.
