Precursor engineering for controlled self-doping and enhanced performance in MAPbCl3 single crystals

This study demonstrates an innovative precursor engineering approach to control perovskite self-doping via stoichiometry optimization. Precise adjustment of the PbCl 2 /MACl ratio (MA + =CH 3 NH 3 + ) significantly enhances MAPbCl 3 single-crystal performance.
