Conference Report: European Agricultural Data Governance

Abstract On 6 December 2024 the European Agricultural Data Governance hybrid conference took place in Freiburg im Breisgau, focusing on the current and future regulatory framework for the access to and use of agricultural data. Given the growing importance of agricultural economics and recent developments in (agricultural) data law, the conference provided a platform for representatives from academia, administration and practice to discuss and shape future regulatory foundations, such as a potential Common European Agricultural Data Space (CEADS).
