Solitary Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis of the Distal Radius in an 11-Month-Old Infant: A Case Report
LCH is a rare cause of solitary osteolytic lesions in children. Curettage with intralesional steroids can achieve complete resolution with minimal recurrence.
