Parametric Threat Analysis of IOT Related Cyberattacks

The world is more connected than ever and all the credit goes to the fast growth and deployment of the Internet of Things (IOT) nearly across all sectors of significance, like smart home/ city, banking, industrial automation and healthcare. The rapid growth of technology has also invited a wide range of attacks on these devices, endangering user safety and data privacy. There are numerous analyses on the threats to IOT devices. We have tried to classify the technical severity of some common threats encountered by IoT devices in recent years, based on the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) parameters, and the results are presented.
