Multicolor High Resolution SCAPE microscopy for Understanding Neural Connectivity

We developed a high-speed multicolor SCAPE microscope and 3D analysis pipeline that allows for simultaneous imaging of cellular and cytoskeletal markers in brain sections at submicron level to deepen our insight into neural circuit organization.
