Wide-Field Imaging of Brain Tissue Stiffness and Tumour Proxies with Scattered Light

We propose wide-field imaging of tissue stiffness using laser speckle-based approaches. We measure local tissue stiffness anomalies in fresh mouse brain samples that are not visible by intensity imaging.
