Eritema anular centrífugo como manifestación cutánea asociada a diabetes mellitus: una revisión de su relación clínica y patogénica
In a global environment marked by volatility, uncertainty, and constant transformation, organisations must respond swiftly to market demands, technological advancements, and sociocultural changes. Within this context, strategic management and decision-making emerge as essential pillars for achieving effective and sustainable administration. Organisations operating in dynamic settings face multiple challenges: inflexible organisational structures, fragmented internal processes, weak foresight analysis, and limited institutional adaptability. Nevertheless, valuable opportunities also arise, particularly those linked to digital transformation, human talent development, and the strengthening of participative leadership. In Latin America—especially in countries such as Argentina, Mexico, and Ecuador—these challenges are exacerbated by economic, political, and regulatory factors, yet they also drive the imperative to innovate in management practices. This systematic literature review, guided by the PRISMA approach, critically examines these aspects in order to identify strategic approaches that foster more effective administration in complex scenarios. The findings offer insights into the structural and cultural conditions influencing decision-making and pave the way towards more flexible, adaptive, and results-oriented organisational governance.
