Dashboard for Managing Financial Data in High Specialty Hospitals

The use of Dashboards in organizations has become an important tool, because the visualization of data graphically is increasingly impacting decision making. The objective of this work is to identify the key performance indicators (KPI) of each area in a High Specialty Hospital, to analyze and select the best way to visualize them, applying a development methodology, from planning, data visualization and implementation. Also, publicize the benefits that the hospital has had with the use of a Dashboard. The personnel from the financial resources area participated, who provided the KPIs that are most relevant. The results are reliable reports, with adequate delivery time, pleasant presentation, and organized graphics. At the end of the study, it demonstrates the importance of using these tools in organizations.
