Proposal of a Breast Tumor Angiogenesis Search Model System to Support Early Cancer Diagnosis
This paper presents a proposal for the analysis of images and the generation of a heat map for the search of tumor angiogenesis in breast cancer, this process is important because it is an indicator of the possible formation of tumors in the breast, screening in women under 40 years is one of the priorities of the health sector for early detection of breast cancer in this demographic, in which mammograms are not the best option for diagnosis, it has been demonstrated that thermography can be a relevant study for the prediagnosis of this disease, what is sought is to be able to have a correlation between the process of angiogensis in clinical studies and the search of the same in thermographic images of the breast, For which we propose an analysis of the breast with respect to time through a siamese network, which allows us to detect changes in the images of a patient over time and to generate a heat map for the identification of possible processes of angiogenesis in studies of blood samples. These two processes can be seen as complementary in supporting the early diagnosis of this disease.
