Identification of Solid Waste Resource Utilization Based on Improved Faster RCNN Migration Algorithm and Risk Control Management System
Solid waste resource utilisation has a high risk potential, and the increasing amount of solid waste and resource depletion status has increased the difficulty of utilisation conversion. In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of solid waste resource conversion and utilisation, and to improve the processing efficiency. Based on the law of pollutant release and the interactive properties of solid waste, the study innovatively proposes to introduce the theory of migration mechanism and the idea of risk regulation into the identification of solid waste resource utilisation. Taking municipal solid waste as the main object, the method is designed from the three aspects of multi-objective waste classification identification, resource utilisation risk assessment and integrated management system construction. The results show that the multi-objective detection method proposed in the study has high average accuracy values, with mAP values of 0.86 and 0.95 at a cross-tocombination ratio of 0.50 and a cross-to-joint ratio of 0.75, respectively. and the results of the risk assessment show that external supervision, preparation level, motivation to cooperate, and cost of cooperation have a significant effect on the resource utilisation of construction waste. The solid waste management system proposed in the study can effectively improve the willingness to classify and utilisation of waste, with the maximum values exceeding 90%, and the maximum ratio of total management cost/total revenue not exceeding 0.5. This method can effectively improve the identification of waste resource utilisation, reduce the harm of environmental pollution, and provide a reference for regional waste management and resource disposal.
