THEORETICAL BASIS FOR INCREASING ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION AND SALE OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCTS

The Republic of Bashkortostan occupies a leading position among beefproducing regions and is fourth in the production of lamb and goat meat. The basis of livestock farming in the region is cattle breeding, which accounts for approximately 66% of meat produced. Around the cities of the republic, livestock farming is developing in the meat and dairy direction, while in the mountain forest and northeastern regions, meat and meat and dairy production predominate. For the successful development of the livestock industry, systemic measures are required to modernize key enterprises with the help of modern equipment and technologies, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for attracting investment. A positive aspect today is cooperation with international partners, whose positive experience helps to improve productivity and management in the industry.
