A performance analysis of enterprise human resource management from the perspective of social relationship network analysis
To enhance the efficiency of enterprise human resource management, this study proposes a performance evaluation method based on social network analysis (SNA). Firstly, relationship data among employees were collected to construct an intra-enterprise social network model from the perspective of social network analysis. Subsequently, leveraging the analysis of social network characteristics, a performance evaluation index system was established. Finally, data envelopment analysis (DEA) was employed to evaluate the performance of enterprise human resource management. Case study results demonstrate that the implementation of the proposed method led to significant improvements across multiple aspects of human resource management, confirming its effectiveness.
