On the issue of the renewal of the football organization system in Leningrad in 1924

The article examines the аspects of the renewal of the football organization system in Leningrad in the first year after the dissolution of the Petrograd Football League. In particular, the issues of creating new bodies to manage football affairs in the city and the design of a new format for the city championship with the participation of instructor and mass teams are discussed.
