Technology integration in Human Resources Management in the IT sector of Bengaluru India

This report examines how IT firms in Bengaluru utilize technology to enhance their HR practices. Through interviews with HR professionals and observations of existing systems, we investigate how technologies such as AI, analytics, and digital platforms transform how hiring, performance management, and employee engagement are managed. The findings show that while technology has made many HR processes faster and more efficient, companies face challenges like system integration and employee trust. The paper offers practical insights for better use of HR tech in India’s growing IT sector.
