THE BRICS-BRIDGE STRATEGY OF THE WORLD ORDER

The article compares two types of political associations. The European Union is based on the old modes of interaction inherent in the hierarchical world order. The new order of relations demonstrates BRICS, which is an association of countries, but not a bloc of states. The interaction of states in it is limited to building the basis of infrastructural logistics — bridges for interactions between business entities and public organizations. BRICS-bridge strategies confront the outgoing world order with four traditional modes of interaction between states, which are based on force and infringement of sovereignty. Sovereignty is fluid and fragmented; it cannot be «complete» or absolute. Sovereignty is based on recursiveness, and its mainstay is mental autonomy. Both ofthese principles are devalued or imitated in the EU, but are untouchable and encouraged in the BRICS.
